Our Team

Founder & Managing Director

Founder and Managing Director Paul Evans has worked in the aluminium fenestration industry since leaving school in 1988. Paul started work at Airedale Architecture aged 16, spending 13 years on the shop floor where he gained a wealth of knowledge. Keen to improve and eager to learn new skills Paul then moved on to West Yorkshire Glazing in 2001 where procurement responsibilities were added to his role. Paul moved again in 2003 and took up a position at Aire Valley Architectural as Company Manager and chief estimator.

A further 6 years progressing and expanding his aluminium fenestration knowledge saw a move to Continental Installations in 2009. Paul had now gained contacts, created relationships and made a name for himself within the industry liaising with many organisations at director level. In 2013 Paul was approached by Senior Architectural Services to be their Technical Sales Manager lending his now extensive knowledge before deciding that it was time to go on his own and create his own company, Paul Evans Architectural Ltd or PEA for short. In conjunction with his business partner, Chris Collinson, PEA was formed in December 2014 and traded for the first time in March 2015.

Paul spent some time looking for the right unit to deliver his ambitious plans. He finally settled on a 5000 sq ft unit in Bradford West Yorkshire and business began in earnest. Just 12 months later it became obvious that the unit was far too small for the business that was coming through, so a very difficult decision had to be made to move to larger premises.

In July 2016 PEA moved into a 10,000 sq ft facility in Leeds to cope with the increasing demand. The move coupled with an extensive investment in new machinery including a new CNC machine and new personnel ensured PEA were able to continue the impressive growth.

Despite COVID-19 the company continued to flourish with more new customers and products and in January 2021 took an adjacent building giving the team a further 5000 sq ft.

Director - Chris Collinson

Chris is a co-founding Director with Paul Evans and brings years of experience to the table.

Here at PEA Ltd we pride ourselves in putting our clients not just first, but also at the heart of what we do.. That’s easy to say but not quite so easy to do.

The only way I can prove to you that our mindset makes a massive difference to you our potential clients is for you to give us a try and see for yourself.

I can send you testimonial after testimonial all of which are genuine, but the real test is when you actually need to meet a deadline, a price point or a strict specification. That is when you will see what makes PEA stand out.

So, go on, give us a call and let us prove to you what an asset we can be to your business.
